What a Wonderful Stay – thank you Ella and her team. This lovely tranquil Guest House set in a safe, beautiful area, which was a pleasure to explore has the added bonus of someone that is totally committed to meeting her Guests every need, while still allowing one privacy and time to relax. The beautifully presented and delicious breakfast went down so well too. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Will definitely stay here again.

I travel to Pretoria for business, and have found 174 Premier to be a very comfortable, friendly and well-located home from home. I make good use of pleasant outdoor area for both sitting down to work and with a drink or two to relax.

Very comfortable with beautiful gardens which we thoroughly enjoyed. John and Ella excellent hosts. Breakfast was excellent, as was the service and the property was centrally located for what we wanted to do.

Excellent. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone. My room was clean, it is located in a safe environment not far from the shops. The staff are so friendly and eager to assist. Home away from home. I had the pleasure of staying at 174 Premier Guesthouse for three weeks while on a business trip in Pretoria. I was lucky enough to have my 18 month daughter staying with me. The staff was more than accommodating for my daughter and myself and the babysitter who came each day to care for her while I was at work. They truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. Their attention to detail and genuine care was more than I could have ever imagined.

A truly lovely place. My stay at 174 Premier was only very short, but I would have gladly stayed longer! The rooms were spacious, spotless and well furnished, with lots of thoughtful small details included. During the day the Guest House offered a very relaxed and peaceful environment, making it feel worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. 174 Premier is also conveniently situated close to a small shopping center for dinner and lunch. I would highly recommend a stay here!
